Nutter blames BRT for some fiscal woes

Though the collapsing economy can be blamed for most of Philadelphia's fiscal crisis, there is at least one whopping line-item shortfall - $180 million of the current $1 billion five-year deficit - that Mayor Nutter says cannot be pinned solely on the recession.

Up All Night Playing with Google Maps API...

And still didn't accomplish what I was trying to accomplish.

Knowing how to use Javascript would have probably remedied this situation.

Once my results page is finished, it is just going to be one clog in all that is bryanslist, but Good God have I spent a lot of time on it...

Marketing Services Page....Finally Finished.

So, I buckled down and finally finished my marketing services page last night. It was just some minor video editing & page layout, but I'd been putting it off forever and can't tell you how excited I am that it is finished...for the most part. (I still need to go take the pictures of my mid level house model on Thursday)

Go check it out and order some materials...

Getting Back into the Saddle

Been meaning to check out No. Liberties, so we did a driving tour this afternoon, geniously while the Eagles were playing, so it was like we had the whole area to ourselves. Listening to Mike & Merrill call the game is 100x better, too.

Stupidly forgot my camera, but took this screenshot from Google Maps Street view. We rode under the Market-Frankford El from Girard Ave up to around Dauphin Street. It was really one of the coolest things that I've done in Philadelphia in a long time, plus it was like a whole huge section of the city that I'd never really been to.

Northern Liberties, looked like a pretty sprawling and edgy place to live. Definitley going to have to do some research and head back better prepared next weekend....
